Whoa~

Just looking at our new layout, I'm impressed~!!! Way to go, Kai Liang-chan!

At first, I panicked like, "Where the hell is the 'sign in' icon?! How am I supposed to post???!!!" I actually scrolled everywhere searching for it. In the end, I was 'hardworking' enough to find out.

School's stressful, not to mention boring as usual. Homework piling up again. I have no idea how to do my Accounts homework; kept delaying it. The teacher's confusing me badly... But I feel pity for her. Honestly, she can teach, it's just what she teaches can't get through my thick skull...

2nd monthly test's next week. So fast!!! I'm not even prepared yet; too busy playing Cabal Online (or trying to), hahaha~ Got addicted to it, no thanks to Su Khi and Wei Ren!

I saw Kuhan today. He got bombed badly by me though, poor guy. The way he looked at me when I said 'Hi' was like, "Now, I could have sworn I've seen her before..." Like I said, too stressed up. If anyone bumped into him, please tell him that I'm sorry? Hope he doesn't blacklist me for that. *Haih*

so tempted....

to post...

new template has problems though... can't access the nav bar from the page... need to find out about template editing so i can mess around more than i've ALREADY done >_<

how do ya'll like the llama's?

Early Sunday Morning

by Kai Liang

Its a Sunday morning and only 9.30am now. Not used to waking up early during weekends. Got up at about 6.30 today. I only slept for like 3 hours? Restless night. I have reasons for sleeping late and waking up early of course. Me and my brother followed our parents to pray. Though sky was still dark , the place was already full with people. Everyone is praying for their beloved I guess. What people usually do is to clean the grave and pray after that. The whole thing didn't take as much time as I thought it would be.

We packed our stuffs and walked to the car. One thing that frustrates me is that there's this car blocking my dad's car from getting out. Double parking? Typical Malaysian. Even if you want to double park , can't you just leave a note of your phone number? Guess they're just too stupid. Don't even know how to write from 0-9? Pity you people. When there're bad people , there're always good people. Lucky thing they were people around. They said they'll just push the car away. So a few men came and just pushed the car away. There's this different car which is blocking the way too. Find it very amusing to know that the brake wasn't even used. Maybe the person driving knows he's blocking the way.

Oh ya , I saw Bird yesterday. Having lunch with his family?

Bird

Earth Hour 2008

by Kai Liang

by http://www.earthhour.org/

Earth Hour 2007 was a Sydney event. Earth Hour 2008 is a global movement.

Created to take a stand against the greatest threat our planet has ever faced, Earth Hour uses the simple action of turning off the lights for one hour to deliver a powerful message about the need for action on global warming.

About Earth Hour

On March 31 2007, for one hour, Sydney made a powerful statement about the greatest contributor to global warming – coal-fired electricity – by turning off its lights. Over 2.2 million Sydney residents and over 2,100 businesses switched off, leading to a 10.2% energy reduction across the city. What began as one city taking a stand against global warming caught the attention of the world.

In 2008, 24 global cities will participate in Earth Hour at 8pm on March 29. Earth Hour is the highlight of a major campaign to encourage businesses, communities and individuals to take the simple steps needed to cut their emissions on an ongoing basis. It is about simple changes that will collectively make a difference – from businesses turning off their lights when their offices are empty, to households turning off appliances rather than leaving them on standby.

If everyone were to do this , for an hour , there'll definitely be difference. Global warming is getting worse day by day. So , why not try doing it?

How to get C in exams?

by Kai Liang

Getting a C in exams is not as easy as it seems. Why? Unlike getting an A , you'll need extra concentration to obtain C. To get an A , all you need to do is to work your ass off and score the paper as high as possible. For grade B , it's just a slight deviation from the grade A ; which of course means you lack effort or maybe luck. Grade D on the other hand , lies lower compared to group of higher grades such as A and B. Of course you know your ABC. Just making a statement here. To get a D , you'll just have to do 2 times better of getting bad marks for B. For E , its the total opposite for A. So how do you get a C?

To get C in exams , the first thing you must do is that you must read newspaper during Physics class. Not other subject , only Physics. Remember? I got this important point from my Physics lecturer myself. By plugging earphones into your ears , you'll increase the chances of getting a C by 15.6%. So , what you should do when you're in Physics class? Always have a newspaper in front of you with earphones in your ears. Parents and people around you will nag you for getting C but fear not , from the Constitution of Malaysia , it's not a crime to be having C for exams. Hey , its not a crime for me to like C more than A right? If you're unsatisfied with me , you might as well call the police to catch me. Fear not...
